The Farm

Our farm “Eredi Dimauro Pasquale” is a cattle dairy and arable farm.

It is located among predominantly grazing land and cereal fields. The farm covers 300 hectares of land, which 100h are for grazing land and over 200h for arable land under a system of crop rotation between durum wheat and fodders. This allows us to produce part of the feed for our livestock farm.

Breeding of dairy cattle is vital in the food chain. In our stable there are 250 Italian Friesian cows with an annual average production of 90000 kg of milk destined for food use and cheese production.

As for agricultural production, durum wheat is converted through our “Cooperativa le Matine” (Agricultural Cooperative) in semolina flour for pasta making.
